Ms. Speyer has 20+ years supporting government agencies in executive roles specifically as the Director of Business Technology Optimization for the HHS PSC. Ann has been recognized by InformationWeek Government in 2009 as one of the top 50 CIOs in the Federal, State, and Local governments and in 2011 was the recipient of the 12th Annual Women in Technology (WIT) Leadership Award. Ms. Speyer is currently overseeing several contracts for the CDC and PSC including serving as the Project Director for the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) contract to design and implement a voluntary certification program for immunization-specific functionality for EHRs and other clinical software.
