Digital Communications
Pathfinder A+ provided digital media artifacts, digital content management, and supported many of the key digital communications activities for the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). We provided communications and digital media support to numerous ONC offices, including the Division of Public Affairs and Communication (DPAC) and the Office of Policy (OPOL), often in support of new initiatives aimed at audiences including consumers, health care providers, and healthcare IT product companies, helping to communicate complex and technical information in an accessible way. We provided more than 1,000 digital media artifacts in various formats, each one carefully tailored to the needs of its audience. Some of our work included creating digital materials about the Health IT-enabled clinical quality improvement (eCQI) effort; helping OPOL translate complex policy, regulatory, and technical language into user-friendly, visually appealing communications products; and helping DPAC maintain and update its website.

Digital Imagery
Pathfinder A+ staff research and coordinate content for OCIO communication deliverables from data sources, print resources, digital resources, archives, subject matter experts, organizational professionals, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and other data sources. We perform Photography functions to capture and process photographic images for communication deliverables and Ad Hoc projects. We leverage creative graphics, images, animation, photos, music, sound effects and various artistic mediums to enhance and reinforce communication deliverables. We provide photography and videography support to record and capture imagery for electronical, print-ready, and visual graphical communication deliverables. We coordinate facilities, to include room preparation, audio, video, and telecommunications requirements and assist with facilitating technical and administrative requirements during OCIO meetings.

Digital Storage
For DHS OCIO We developed, improved, deployed, and managed a centralized repository process to receive, analyze, triage and process new, change and upgrade requests. We manage SharePoint and website content, site access requests, permissions, document sharing, troubleshoot user issues and escalate issues to the IT Service Desk. The Team performs content management and creates scalability for use throughout DHS.

Visual Communications
For the DHS OCIO, Pathfinder A+ performs photography functions to capture and process photographic images for communication deliverables and Ad Hoc projects.
