Integration Services
Pathfinder A+ supported the migration and integration from DHS’ SharePoint version 2013 to SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online. We supported this migration and performed the full functionalities of using SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online and any future migrations. We also support migration of internet and web site software to future software. We provide technical support in upgrading and resolving software upgrade and migration issues. Our PM/DPM set rules and processes to ensure contractor work products adhered to OCIO iCloud and federal IT migration initiatives, and are uploaded, sectionalized according to appropriate domains, made available and coordinated across approved resources, and validated as secured within an approved centralize repository.

Software Development
For DHS OCIO, Pathfinder A+ conducted requirements analysis, designed, developed, tested, and deployed a Section 508 compliant, SharePoint-based, Performance Management System (PMS) managing performance metrics, performance reports, service level agreements, contract data, modifications, requisitions, acquisition documents and spend plan funding for approximately 300 OCIO contracts, task orders and Inter Agency Agreements (IAAs). We utilize File Hosting, Microsoft Office Access, Visio, Excel, InfoPath Forms, business intelligence integration, dashboards and data surfacing functions within PMS, as well as, SharePoint-based applications and technologies, including but not limited to, InfoPath Forms, Workflows, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and PerformancePoint to design reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards and metrics for PMS.

Telecommunications Maintenance
Pathfinder A+ designed, deployed and maintains a state-of-the-art, intuitive web-based, centralized, automated user interface telecommunication order management system to execute, track, manage, process and report telecommunication ordering, deployment, performance, risks, schedule, inventories, billing analysis, invoice reconciliation, accounting and budgeting for an enterprise-wide telecommunications infrastructure with approximately 100,000 annual circuits, including but not limited to, asset management, Networx and WITS3 vendor interfaces for all DHS products and services.

Infrastructure Management Services
Pathfinder A+ creates, routes, and distributes communications for the DHS Infrastructure Change Control Board (ICCB) and the Review and Approval Committee (RAC) for changes that affect DHS HQ users and enterprise systems. We ensure that users are informed of changes to the IT enterprise infrastructure, including changes to enterprise solutions platforms, including outages, updates, and any action required on the part of the user to complete the implementation of a change.
