George Hidy

Pathfinder’s mission is providing management consulting and program support services to the public sector staffed by skilled and talented senior managers and consultants with decades of experience working with government organizations.

Pathfinder is an organization of talented and degreed multi-disciplined professionals. We employ highly skilled, experienced people who have in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies. Our diverse talent pool consists of an innovative workforce with wide-ranging experience in information technology, security solutions, communication systems, operational support, and certified program management techniques. Pathfinder has the proven ability to support a complex array of service environments including enterprise IT infrastructure design, information security, governance, source selections and evaluation teams, quality control / quality assurance, and SETA services. We leverage quality standards such as ISO and ITIL v3, to ensure quality processes for delivery.

Mr. Hidy has earned Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the University of Missouri as well as over 35 years of experience as a Program Manager and Subject Matter Expert on Federal financial budget, execution, and management systems. Mr. Hidy served in various capacities including but not limited has consulting to the Departments of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense (US Navy – Air & Sea, US Air Force, Missile Defense Agency), Department of Homeland Security (Us Customs and Border Patrol), FAA, and the FBI before founding Pathfinder Consultants.
